Unable to pair the phone with a Bluetooth device

If you can not pair tponsel with another Bluetooth ™ device:

    Restart your phone and your Bluetooth ™ device.
    Check whether your phone has Bluetooth ™ turned on, and has been tuned with visible status. From the Home screen, find and tap Settings> Connectivity> Bluetooth and tap the Bluetooth button active / non-active to activate Bluetooth ™. Tap the button visibility to make your phone visible.
    Check if the Bluetooth ™ device is turned on and, if possible, be in fashion can be found.
    Make sure that the Bluetooth ™ device within 1 m (3 feet) from the phone.
    Check that the Bluetooth ™ device is charged. If not, charge the Bluetooth ™ device.
    When looking for a Bluetooth ™ headset, make sure the charger is not connected to a Bluetooth ™ headset. To pair the Bluetooth ™ headset, activate Bluetooth ™ in your phone into a mode can be found. Then press and hold the headset on / off or the call button until the indicator light starts flashing with the colors changing. If this does not work, see the user guide Bluetooth ™ headset.
    Make sure your Bluetooth ™ device list in your phone is updated. If not, select Add a new device to perform a new search Bluetooth ™ devices.
    Reset your Bluetooth ™ device and then pair your phone and the Bluetooth ™ device. For more information, see the Bluetooth ™ device User Guide.
    If the phone is paired and connected to another Bluetooth ™ device, it may interfere with installation of new ones. From the Home screen, find and tap Settings> Connectivity> Bluetooth> My devices. Then tap the Bluetooth ™ device is connected and select Disconnect.
    Try to pair your phone with another Bluetooth ™ device, to find out whether the problem is with the phone or Bluetooth ™ your device.
